Staff wellbeing
Our greatest strength is our team of highly experienced and talented people.
We believe that investing in them personally not only promotes their personal well-being but also ensures that our clients always get the very best from them too. Every year our team participates in a variety of wellness programmes designed to help them achieve their personal goals and foster comradery beyond the workday.
We are proud of our partnership with Fitways wellness who have worked with our team by delivering workshops on health, sleep, nutrition and well-being. They also trained our team for the Three Peaks challenge to ensure that they were in the best physical condition to achieve their goals. They accompanied the team and led them through the expedition.
Another recent adventure for the REDBOX team
was a Joint Walk around the UK. Through the commitment of the whole team, we plotted the journey from Lands End to John O’Groats as they each walked a predefined number of kilometres in their own communities. Each week we moved our team through the map to complete the challenge with the end result being a motivated and healthy REDBOX team!
